Signal intent
Send an intent request to a company that fits. Credits are blocked in your wallet, not deducted, and the other side sees a request with a reason behind it.
Connect on mutual acceptance
When both parties accept, credits are deducted and a direct channel opens. If the request is declined or expires, every blocked credit is released.
